This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking scripts, and does not use forms. No personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted by this website.

3. Data Controller status during Petalyx™ sessions

Cognitif Group Limited acts as a Data Controller only during each Petalyx™ session. No personal data is retained beyond that session, and the role of Data Controller does not endure beyond the end of each Petalyx™ session.

4. No sharing, no international transfers

Because this website does not collect personal data, none is shared with any third party, and none is transferred outside the UK.

5. Lawful basis: legitimate interest, not consent

Cognitif Group Limited collects and processes data on the basis of its legitimate interest as a market research analytical platform, under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — not on the basis of consent. We have assessed that this interest is not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights of the individuals concerned.

Our services are built to produce aggregate, population-level measurement, not to identify, profile, or make decisions about specific individuals. Clients and users may only use our services for lawful, legitimate purposes consistent with this design, and must not attempt to use them, or combine their output with other data, to re-identify or single out an individual.
